The partnership aims to improve sales and marketing skills for staff in member hotels across the Asia-Pacific region.
ACI HR Solutions, a specialist recruitment and training firm for the tourism industry, has signed an agreement with WorldHotels to train staff across the Asia-Pacific region.
Beginning with member hotels in China, Japan and Singapore, training will be focused on the key principles of sales and marketing, which includes revenue optimisation, understanding and the use of digital marketing and how social media marketing can be used to maximise brand recognition.
ACI HR Solutions founder and CEO, Andrew Chan (pictured) says: “I’m excited about this collaboration and partnership with WorldHotels. We have worked extremely well in the past with other parts of the business, and this gives us the opportunity to elevate the relationship even further.”
The class size for WorldHotels training sessions will be kept intimate and will customised for small and medium-sized operations. Training will be conducted in local language and with the help of local trainers in order to boost engagement and aid understanding.
With this partnership, ACI HR Solutions has launched a sub-brand called ACI Academy. It serves as an extension of ACI’s current brand offerings and would be a good synergy to their existing recruitment business. Programmes at ACI Academy will constantly be updated.
