Uniplan appoints Hong Kong MD

Nancy Chan steps into managing director role following Darren Chuckry’s sudden departure in 2018.

Several months after the departure of former MD and long-time employee, Darren Chuckry, Nancy Chan now takes the reins as managing director at Uniplan’s Hong Kong office.

Tasked with leading Uniplan’s business development in Hong Kong and the South China region, Chan will focus on strategic marketing consulting, and the design and implementation of brand experiences.

With more than 20 years’ experience, Chan most recently served as general manager, Asia – SaaS registration service, for event services company, Visit by GES. A seasoned executive with a diverse background in exhibition management, technology and business consulting, Chan has worked across a number of industries and held various positions in the MICE industry’s value chain. Throughout her career she’s worked in the UK, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
