Virtual Event Readiness (Part 2) – Veemal Gungadin of GlobalSign. In

As part of a three-video series on Virtual Event Readiness, this 12-minute video is suitable for event professionals who seek to leverage technology to enhance event experiences.

In part two, Veemal Gungadin, CEO of GlobalSign. In sheds light on what gives companies impetus to fully embrace virtual and hybrid event formats.

“Good event experiences are beyond live streaming,” said Gungadin. His team goes beyond helping event organisers to map the physical event to an online one; to rethink the outcomes online experiences could generate that a physical one cannot.

New digital event formats could potentially generate new revenues. Gungadin explained some ways of monetising by referencing the SaaS (software as a service) and on-demand models. Augmented event designs could also allow participants to have a different and possibly extended brand engagement that pleases sponsors and partners.

The business events industry believes in collaboration. Gungadin is partnering with event venues to deliver seamless hybrid experiences. The partnership allows venues to showcase food, beverage and service excellence whilst leaving the technical expertise to GlobalSign.In’s.

Singapore is virtual-event ready. Watch the video and delve into the details that could make a difference in your next event.
