Physical fitness gets a lot of attention, and for good reason. However, mental fitness is just as important, and should not be neglected. Including mental dexterity exercises into our daily routine can help build a sharper mind and keep our psychological and emotional health in top shape as we battle through challenges that get thrown our way.
Starting 21 October, BEA will be launching a new conversation series on ‘Mental Fitness to Leadership’ in support of the World Mental Health Day movement. We believe everyone has to work for their mental fitness. Whether it is going for a run, reading books or spending hours watching Netflix, you have that choice.
Here is a preview of three conversations that are in the pipeline for the series. They include conversations with Oscar Cerezales, Global Executive President Corporate Division at MCI Group, Jakki Govan, Chief Fun Officer at Clockwise Consulting Australia, and Martin Sirk, Owner of Sirk Serendipity.
