Magnificent Splendour of Plenary Hall

The Plenary Hall is PICC’s largest single venue, the imposing gallery-like auditorium is ideal for major corporate functions, government or NGO-level exchanges, trade or educational symposia – in short, any event requiring the highest level of functionality and participation.

The interior design is inspired by Malaysian traditional mengkuang basket weave motif, which also enhances illumination from natural daylight. The chamber also boasts excellent acoustics form natural speech intelligibility and for sound amplification. Includes two royal boxes, two public viewing galleries, eight interpreter rooms operating 32 channels, and two large audio visual screens.

Accommodate Flexibility - Perdana Hall

With its built-in adaptability and flexible configuration, the column-free Perdana Hall is a perfect choice for large banquets, themed events, weddings, major ceremonies, presentations, and as artistic performances. Stunning interior design based on songket pattern, the traditional intricately embroidered Malay textile fabric, adds a dramatic dimension.

Hall features include a 9-meter high ceiling, multiple stage ad stage location options, changeable back projection, stage screens and lighting, advanced data correspondence ICT system.

Equally Worthy – Putra Halls A and B

The two main halls, each comprising approximately 2100sqm of usable space, can be combined or utilized separately via automated-partitioned walls, affording both versatility and flexibility – from intimate banquet, to seminar, to exhibition venue. The halls allow for a configuration of 1369sqm exhibition booths in a circular mode with 8 interpreter rooms.

A Culinary Feast

For small functions to large, from refreshment breaks to fine dining extravaganzas, PICC’s dedicated catering staff is there to ensure your event truly shines. We work closely with event planners and organizers in selecting the right menu, with special consideration to specific religious and cultural preferences and requirements. All food is prepared according to strict HALAL practice. In addition, the POT&PAN is open for all-day dining and serves a large selection of local and international favourites.
